British Railways 70000 Britannia @ Orton Mere on NVR August 1996

37047 Peterborough Holding Sidings June 1997



37047, in Mainline Freight Livery, on the Head Shunt at Peterborough Holding Sidings on June 2 1997. It was renumbered from D6747 on December 31 1973. The loco was withdrawn from service on October 31 2007 and disposed of on May 31 2008 being scrapped at EMR Kingsbury.

08529 at Peterborough on August 18th 1996. It was built at Darlington Works (British Railways) and was completed on March 3rd 1959. It was withdrawn from service on June 30th 2005 and scrapped on August 31st 2008.
